TORONTO – Canopy Rivers Inc. (“Canopy Rivers” or the “Company”) (TSXV: RIV, OTC: CNPOF) will report its first quarter fiscal year 2020 financial results before markets open on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. The Company’s unaudited condensed interim financial statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the three months ended June 30, 2019 will be available on the Company’s profile on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (“SEDAR”) at www.sedar.com and on the Company’s website at www.canopyrivers.com/investors.
