Canopy Rivers Announces Trading Date on the Toronto Stock Exchange
Canopy Rivers received final approval to list its class A subordinated voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
TORONTO - Canopy Rivers Inc. ("Canopy Rivers" or the "Company") (TSXV: RIV) (OTC: CNPOF), a venture capital firm specializing in cannabis, is pleased to announce that it has received final approval to list its class A subordinated voting shares (the "Subordinated Voting Shares") on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX").
The Subordinated Voting Shares will begin trading on the TSX at the opening of the markets on September 9, 2019 and will continue to trade under the ticker symbol "RIV". In conjunction with listing on the TSX, the Subordinated Voting Shares will be voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
