TORONTO - Canopy Rivers Inc. ("Canopy Rivers" or the "Company") (TSX: RIV) (OTC: CNPOF) will report its first quarter fiscal year 2021 financial results before markets open on August 14, 2020. The Company's unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements and management's discussion and analysis of financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2020 will be available on the Company's profile on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR") at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.canopyrivers.com/investors.
